Research on the impact of climate change on potato cultivation in traditional areas in order to reconfigure optimal cultivation areas in accordance with the EU &#8222;Green Deal&#8221; strategy and to identify and model the new potato ideotype with tolerance\/resistance to climate change.\u00a0 (Coordinator project)<\/b><\/td>\n<td valign=\"TOP\" width=\"92\">2023-2026<\/td>\n<td valign=\"TOP\" width=\"151\">MADR<br \/>\nContract nr. 411\/ 21.07.2023<\/td>\n<td width=\"408\">Phase 1 (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/madr.ro\/attachments\/article\/409\/ADER-411-faza-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prezentation<\/a><\/strong>):<br \/>\n&#8211; Studiu privind stadiul actual al cercet\u0103rilor referitoare la conservarea <em>in vitro<\/em> a cartofului, cartofului dulce \u0219i a unor plante medicinale.<br \/>\n&#8211; Au fost recoltate semin\u021be de la 6 specii de plante medicinale <em>Calendula officinalis<\/em> L., <em>Ocimum basilicum<\/em> L., <em>Thymus vularis <\/em>L., <em>Lavandula angustifolia<\/em> Mill., <em>Salvia officinalis <\/em>L., <em>Mentha spp<\/em>.), cu scopul ini\u021bierii culturilor \u201din vitro\u201d \u0219i au fost prelevate 123 de \u021besuturi meristematice de la 7 genotipuri de cartof.<br \/>\nPhase 2 (<strong><a href=\"..\/..\/_publicatii_files\/proiecte\/2026-2023\/ADER 4.1.1_F 2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presentation<\/a><\/strong>):<br \/>\n&#8211; Pentru cele 12 genotipuri noi de cartof, \u00een perioada 4 ianuarie &#8211; 19 martie, au fost prelevate \u00een total 684 meristeme. Dintre acestea au supravie\u021buit 486 meristeme, rata de viabilitate fiind de 71%.<br \/>\n&#8211; A fost elaborat\u0103 o metod\u0103 de ob\u021binere \u201din vitro\u201d a unui stoc de plantule libere de virusuri la cartof. Acesta constituie materialul biologic din prima verig\u0103 a schemei de producere a cartofului pentru s\u0103m\u00e2n\u021b\u0103<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00cen cazul speciilor de plante medicinale au fost<br \/>\ntestate \u0219i identificate variantele optime de sterilizare a materialului ini\u021bial \u0219i re\u021betele de mediu nutritiv care s\u0103 asigure cre\u0219terea \u0219i dezvoltarea microplantelor.<br \/>\nPhase 3 (<strong><a href=\"..\/..\/_publicatii_files\/proiecte\/2026-2023\/ADER 4.1.1_F 3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">presentation<\/a><\/strong>):<br \/>\n&#8211; s-a efectuat testarea virotic\u0103 a 19 genotipuri noi de cartof cu ajutorul tehnicii DAS-ELISA (Double-Antibody Sandwich Enzyme-Linked<br \/>\nImmunosorbent Assay). La 17 dintre acestea s-au ob\u021binut plantule s\u0103n\u0103toase care au fost micropropagate \u0219i vor fi utilizate pentru completarea colec\u021biei de germoplasm\u0103 conservat\u0103 \u201din vitro\u201d<br \/>\n&#8211; am participat la \u0219ase manifest\u0103ri \u0219tiin\u021bifice organizate at\u00e2t \u00een \u021bar\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate. \u00cen cadrul acestor evenimente s-a sus\u021binut o prezentare oral\u0103, iar patru lucr\u0103ri au fost prezentate sub form\u0103 de poster. S-au ob\u021binut \u00a0date experimentale comparative \u00eentre pH-ul solului m\u0103surat \u00een prim\u0103var\u0103 \u0219i pH-ul solului m\u0103surat \u00een toamn\u0103 pe variantele\u00a0 testate \u0219i eficacitatea amendamentelor aplicate.<br \/>\nDin datele experimentale ob\u021binute \u00een cei 3 ani de testare, rezult\u0103 c\u0103 n\u0103molul tehnologic (spuma de defeca\u021bie) provenit\u0103 de la fabricile de zah\u0103r\u00a0 aplicat\u0103 ca amendament\u00a0 \u00een doze de 8- 10 tone \/ha a avut efecte similare cu doza de 6 t\/ha CaCO<sub>3<\/sub> (amendament provenit de\u00a0 la fabricile de \u00eengr\u0103\u015f\u0103minte chimice).<br \/>\nCu ambele tipuri de amendamente s-au ob\u021binut practic acela\u0219i efect de reducere a pH-ului solului \u0219i sporuri similare de produc\u021bie \/ha la produc\u021biile de r\u0103d\u0103cini \u0219i de zah\u0103r biologic la sfecla de zah\u0103r cultivat\u0103 pe variantele amendate comparative cu varianta martor sol neamendat \u00een condi\u021biile experimentale de la INCDCSZ Bra\u0219ov.
